Mount Juliet lies in Tennessee's 15th Judicial District. Wilson County trial files are divided among General Sessions, Circuit, Criminal, Family, Juvenile, and Chancery or Probate custodians. No authoritative all-division Wilson County party-name portal was found. Ask the likely clerk with the full name and variants, approximate filing or hearing date, division, case type, and any case number.

The Tennessee appellate C-Track search is a separate system.

C-Track accepts Case Number, Case Style, Party Name, or Business/Organization. Mount Juliet Vital Records

Current birth and death certificates route through Tennessee Vital Records or an issuing county health department. The Wilson County Clerk licenses local marriages, while the underlying divorce file remains with the court. Recent certificate copies are controlled by eligibility, identification, documentary entitlement, and fees. Registry entries can include aliases, a photograph, descriptive data, classification, offense, public location data, agency, and report date. Use the information only for lawful personal safety and verification. Harassing, stalking, threatening, or seeking retribution against a registrant or family member can violate civil and criminal law.

Older Mount Juliet Records

Modern portals do not define the full Wilson County record span. The Archives preserves county loose files from 1799 to 1965, wills from 1802 to 1964, Circuit records beginning in 1810, Chancery files from 1812 to 1965, marriage material from 1802 to 1953, and school records from 1928 to 1971. Merchant licenses run from 1853 to 1963, with stated gaps.
